The Little Cuties Challenge
Anybody who has ever been to one of FabMo’s Selection Events has seen the piles of 8” squares. As the name suggests these small square fabric samples that measure 8” and we generally have - well - a bunch of them. The design community calls them “memos” because designers use them to present material recommendations to their clients.
At FabMo we call the “little cuties” because that’s what they are: cute little fabric samples that are waaaaaay to precious to end up in the landfill!
There is a really positive aspect to 8” squares, at least for this crafter: these little fabric squares force you to be really creative and think of making things that you haven’t made before or in different ways as before.
We know our FabMo community to be very creative and so the idea of having an “ Little Cuties Creative Contest” wasn’t exactly a leap.
So here we go:
Show us all the creative ways you use 8 inch squares!
Make whatever your heart desires just make sure your entry is made with at least 50% 8” square fabric sample from FabMo!
