Classroom Art Kits
If you are a teacher or work with elementary school aged children, check out FabMo’s Classroom Art Kits.
Developed by an experienced art teacher, each lesson kit links to a brief bio of a recognized artist and features complete instructions to an art-based project inspired by their work. The kits, which can be ordered using the form below and picked up at FabMo, include all the FabMo materials needed to complete the project, along with links to kid-friendly info about textile waste and recycling.
The four available lessons are:
Collage with Squares inspired by artist Jean Arp — Grades TK, K, 1
Textile Collage on Paper Inspired by artist Geta Bretescu — Grades 4-5
Yarn Wrapped Installation Inspired by artist Ani O’Neill — Grades 2-3
Textured Cylinder Inspired by artist Sheila Hicks — Grades 3, 4, 5
Kits are made to order with enough FabMo materials for one teacher and all students. Please specify the number of students when you order your kit using the form below. Be sure to scroll down to complete the form and click on the SUBMIT button to send your order. To order additional kits, submit a separate form.
